Book a 15-minute call and walk away with a fixed fee for your drawing set.

Tell us what you're building and what you already have — a PDF markup, an old DWG, a napkin sketch, or nothing but a site. We scope it, name the sheets, and quote the whole set in writing. No hourly meter, no guessing.

Replies land within one business day — from the same drafter who reads your redlines and plots the final sheets.

Who we draw for

“Hand them your redlines and you get back sheets a framer can build from without a single clarifying call.”

— How a South Bay GC describes the hand-off

  • General contractors needing permit sets
  • Structural engineers needing detail sheets
  • Residential architects needing production CAD
  • Owners documenting an existing building

Three ways through

Reach the drawing board.

Email or the form if you can attach files. Call if you'd rather talk the scope through. Either way the first conversation is free and runs about fifteen minutes.

Studio hours & scheduling

Drafting runs full days; calls and site visits are booked into set windows so a sheet never gets interrupted mid-detail.

Rush work & deadlines

On a plan-check clock? Flag it on the first call. We hold a weekly rush window for permit resubmittals and can turn a comment-response round in 48–72 hours when the corrections are straightforward.

Field measures

Existing-conditions visits across the South Bay are scheduled directly with you — weekday afternoons and weekend mornings work best for an occupied building.

What to have ready

None of it is mandatory — send what you've got. The more that's in hand, the tighter the fixed fee comes back.

01 · Source

Any drawings you have

Prior DWG, a scanned PDF, a permit-set markup, or a hand sketch. We rebuild flattened PDFs into clean, editable geometry — not a traced image.

Helps most 02 · Site

Photos & rough dimensions

For an existing structure, phone photos and a few tape measurements get us started. If measurements are the hold-up, we book a field-measure visit instead.

03 · Standard

Your firm's conventions

Title block, line weights, layer naming, and plot style, if you have them. We layer to NCS / AIA by default and match your set so it drops straight in.

04 · Schedule

The deadline that matters

Submittal date, framing start, or inspection window — whichever drives the job. It sets the turnaround and whether the rush window comes into play.
